§1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yantraos.com or using the YantraOS software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Euryale Ferox Private Limited.

§2

Open Source License

The YantraOS software is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software, subject to the terms of the MIT License. The web interface (yantraos.com) is a separate product and is not covered by the MIT License.

§3

Pre-Alpha Software

YantraOS v1.0-alpha is pre-release software. It is provided 'as is' without warranty. It is authorized for use in QEMU/KVM virtual environments only. Installing on bare metal as a primary OS is explicitly unsupported and done at your own risk.

§4

Autonomous Execution

YantraOS executes AI-generated commands on your hardware. You accept full responsibility for all actions taken by the Kriya Loop daemon on your system. Euryale Ferox is not liable for data loss, system instability, or hardware damage resulting from autonomous agent operations.

§5

Skill Store

Skills published to the Skill Store are the responsibility of their authors. Euryale Ferox does not review or warrant skills for safety or correctness. Review any skill before deploying it to production hardware. We reserve the right to remove skills that violate our policies.

§6

Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials secure. Do not embed credentials in skills published to the public Skill Store. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the platform.

§7

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Euryale Ferox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of YantraOS or related services.

§8

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
