Publisher terms
These terms govern the gated publisher application and review flow. They do not authorize a skill to run, install, or sell until YantraOS approves it for the relevant release.

Identity and payouts
Publisher identity and payout details are verified through Stripe Connect. YantraOS does not receive government identity documents, bank account numbers, or card details. A publisher must keep its Stripe account accurate and in good standing.
Security review
A submission contains metadata, a source location, and a manifest digest. It is not a package upload. YantraOS may reject, suspend, or revoke a listing where the metadata, publisher identity, sandbox boundary, confirmation model, or revocation requirements are insufficient.
Commercial design
Approved commercial submissions record an 85% publisher share and a 15% platform share of the listed skill price. Customer checkout, tax collection, payment processing fees, refunds, and package delivery are not enabled in this release. Any live sale requires a separate approved delivery path and the applicable customer and publisher agreement.
